Customisable CSS? No!

New to WordPress.com, after figuring for a while, then i realised that i can’t customise my blog.

The CSS editor lets you modify the visual style of your blog. You can edit your CSS and preview the changes for free. If you would like the ability to save your changes and make your design visible to the public, please purchase the Custom CSS Upgrade.

It’s like, “What?!” Why do they have to charge even for such a basic function like customising?

Geez… it’s not easy to find a good Blogging host ya?
